Slot formats

Format	On stage	Q&A	Total	What we expect
Keynote	20 min	10 min	30 min	A technical deep dive, insights or lessons learned from real-world systems. No product pitch.
Tutorial	20 min	10 min	30 min	A practical, hands-on introduction to a method, tool or workflow attendees can reuse.
Demo / Show and Tell	10 min	5 min	15 min + demo table	A short explanation of what the demo does, what makes it specific and the constraints you worked with. Then live demonstration at your table during the break listed in the programme.

On stage

Bring your own laptop and plug it in directly, so your demos and audio run as you prepared them.
Send your slides in advance as a backup in case of a technical problem on the day, to [email protected] (cc [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]).

Demo tables

Each demo gets a table, a power supply and a screen monitor.
Set up your demo when you arrive in the morning, from 08:30 during registration. Tables are in the main workshop room, so your setup can stay plugged in all day.
You run your demo during the break listed next to your name in the programme. Longer discussions are welcome there.
Wi-Fi access will be provided. Details will follow closer to the date.

Logistics

Date and venue: 27/10/2026 at MIT, the day before the main DCASE 2026 workshop. Venue details are on the DCASE 2026 website.
Registration: at least one presenter per contribution registers through the DCASE 2026 website. AIR is included in DCASE registration, and a discounted AIR-only option is available.
